As you may have noticed, sheet masks have become more and more popular outside of South Korea where the trend originated. 

What are sheet masks?

Sheet masks are thin pieces of cotton/fabric soaked in a serum specific for different skincare concerns. They are cut out in a shape that is made to fit your face, and they are highly absorbent. Sheet masks can be very easy to use as they are universally shaped, and one size fits all! You apply the mask to your forehead and place the mask onto the rest of your face in a downwards laying motion. You continue to keep the mask on for however long the packaging suggests, and it is recommended that they be used 2-3 times a week.
