    The currency converter on this site is only an estimate. The currency converter will display an estimated conversion in your local currency based on the exchange rate that day. When your order is placed, you will be charged in Canadian dollars (in the equivalent to your local currency that day).

  • Will I be charged in Canadian dollars?

    Our website is based in Canadian dollars. However, if you make a purchase from the United States using a US dollar credit card, you will be charged in US dollars. Your credit card company will convert the transaction by applying a foreign currency conversion rate in effect on the date of the transaction. The conversion app on our website is an estimate of what you will be charged in US dollars.

  • Why is my actual charge different from the amount on your website?

    The conversion feature on our website is only an estimate of what you will be charged in US dollars. The conversion rate that your credit card company uses may differ slightly from the conversion rates used in our conversion app. Furthermore, your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency conversion fee.

  • Does MaskerAide test on animals?

    Never have and never will! We love animals and are proud to be part of PETA’s “Beauty Without Bunnies” program.

  • Are MaskerAide products safe for sensitive skin?

    We pride ourselves in only using safe ingredients and always keeping skin sensitivities in mind while developing new products. All of our products are free from parabens, mineral oils, sulfates, phthalates and benzophones. Some of our products however, do contain essential oils and/or artificial fragrances.

  • Are MaskerAide products fragrance free?

    YES! Our products are free from artificial fragrance, with an exception to the following products: Bubble Bubble Pop, Sweet Retreat, Crystal Clear.

  • Do I rinse off the sheet mask serum after use?

    With the exception to Bubble Bubble Pop, we recommend that you gently pat or massage the serum into your skin! This helps to increase the blood flow to these areas which gives your skin an extra natural glow. Alternatively, if you feel a little sticky, you can give your skin a quick rinse to remove the residue.
